DH Krahn Named One of Top Gins in 2006
COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY – February 26, 2007 – Salmon Cove is pleased to announce that it is including DH Krahn Spirits as a Featured Guest. Founded in 2004 by Dave Hughes and Scott Krahn, DH Krahn Spirits evolved from a senior project at Cornell University into a company that has produced the “Top Rated Gin of 2006” by the Beverage Tasting Institutes International Review of Spirits with a 94 point rating.
With a vision to create the perfect U.S. produced Gin, Dave and Scott invested several years researching ingredients, recipes, and the highest quality distillation methods to produce a spirit that achieved industry accolades and as Scott Krahn says, “One of the world’s great Gins to our customers”. Scott continues “It was always Dave and my goal to have DH Krahn recognized as an elite U.S. producer of world-class product.

DH Krahn Founders Hughes and Krahn were Cornell classmates of Salmon Cove founders Ben Wallace and Ryan Vesce.
